Pickup only: Orders must be picked up at our shop (28 Rittenhouse Pl, Ardmore PA 19003) during regular hours.
Turnaround time: Most orders are ready within 5–7 days of purchase. We’ll email you as soon as your pint is ready.
Allergies: We are not a nut-free kitchen. Some products may contain or come into contact with nuts.
Vegan Vanilla uses Eclipse brand soft serve that’s plant-based, gluten-free, non-dairy and Kosher.
Pickup window: Please pick up your pint within 2 weeks of ordering. Orders not picked up will be discarded.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.
